“If you don’t mean it, don’t do it.” Totally original rock’n’soul tinged with blues and country…

Where: Festival Pavilion
When: Saturday 2nd May
Time: supporting Tom Hingley, Ayesha J44’s set will start at 1pm

Ayesha is a prolific songwriter/ singer/ keyboard player from Swansea, Luke is an exceptional talent on electric and acoustic guitars, and Mathew and Brian form a rock-steady rhythm section, which provides the foundation for every number they perform. Together they strive for an electric atmosphere and an original sound.

They first formed at a coffee house blues jam where they quickly generated a following and became known for being a highly controversial band in that they pride themselves on playing only original material. They believe that to truly capture and experience music, it has to be real and raw, with truth at its roots. Their sound is a refreshing mix of blues, alternative country and soul, passionately delivered in a dynamic performance.
