Mumbles Overtaken by the Blues!

Encouraged by the enthusiastic turnouts of previous years, Mumbles will welcome dozens of world class musicians for the fourth annual Admiral Mumbles Mostly Jazz and Blues festival the first Bank Holiday weekend, 2-5 May. Several local venues such as the Marquee Pavilion, the Mumbles Conservative Club and the Cricket Club will play host to the likes of the Hamish Stuart Band, the Spikedrivers, the Baddest Blues Band (Ever!) and The Hamsters. The only event of its kind in South Wales, the Mumbles Jazz and Blues festival will be a rare treat not to be missed. With 19 bands and 14 gigs along the picturesque Mumbles seafront, home to some of the best pubs and restaurants in the Swansea area, you'll be hard pressed to find a better way to celebrate the start of your summer. Cover charge varies according to show, and many of the events have free entry.
